I don't know why but I thought it would be a breeze (it was literally blowing a gale). I could not run the whole way and switched from a fast walk to a jog/run... I don't even know if that's good. I used the Nike Running app to track it and my aim was to run for 20 minutes, here are my stats:
Pre-run, I did Run Ready Yoga from the Nike Training Club app. I don't really love the app but the yoga is great for stretching. For the first day, I wanted to keep it simple, but oh my word, it was difficult. I'm now delving through my Lush products and am getting ready to slip into a bath before work.
I now have to think of sponsorship ideas, if you have any, please feel free to share below in the comments.
